Soil to Glass: A Pinot Noir Masterclass

Join Circulus Wine for an intimate, guided masterclass exploring Pinot Noir across vintages, vineyard blocks, and farming decisions.

Hosted by vigneron John White, this seated tasting presents four expressions of Circulus Pinot Noir side by side, including the first public pour of the 2025 Estate Pinot Noir and the flagship 2025 Block 3 Reserve. Tasted alongside the 2023 and 2024 releases, this is a rare opportunity to experience how season, site, and regenerative viticulture shape the wine in the glass.

Each wine is paired with a seasonal bite by chef Aidan Kidson, recently relocated to the Bellarine from Canberra where he was Head Chef at natural wine bar Paranormal Wines. His cooking is shaped by time at London’s Michelin-starred St. John, and centres on honest, produce-led flavours with a deep respect for the ingredients, animals, and artisans behind each dish. Produce for the menu will be sourced through Bellarine Smokehouse and Provedore, who are also generously hosting the event in their upstairs space.

With only 20 seats available, this 90-minute masterclass offers a focused and immersive look at Pinot Noir – its nuance, its honesty, and the decisions behind every bottle.

This event forms part of the wider Pinot Affair weekend, a regional celebration of Pinot Noir held across Geelong, the Bellarine, Surf Coast and the Moorabool Valley.
